The Gray Ghost - Male Northern Harrier - Circus hudsonius

The very owl-like Northern Harrier aka "Gray Ghost" due to it's ghostly plumage, intense yellow eyes, and stealth-like flight characteristics that often make it appear seemingly out of nowhere. Only the adult males of this species possess the greyish-white coloring.
